My role is to bring structure, objectivity and momentum to complex strategic questions.

My Approach

I work collaboratively with client teams, but with enough independence to challenge assumptions, identify gaps and help see where decisions are needed.

Projects typically require a mix of approaches to meet their objectives:

  1. Careful collection, analysis and synthesis of secondary data from a mix of proprietary, public domain and client sources
  2. Skilled moderation of peer-to-peer interviews with relevant internal and external experts to develop and challenge assumptions about the way markets may evolve
  3. Design and facilitation of cross-functional work sessions with the portfolio and brand teams to align on the selection of strategic imperatives and consider the implications for the rest of their plans
